The buyer is counting on good quality answers, so a decision can be made on houses that will be viewed upon arrival to the new town. Often, this will be done on a visit of just a few days in which the buyer will fly in to look at several homes and have to make a decision. It is essential the real estate agent has done his or her due diligence to enable the buyer to make an informed decision on which home to ultimately purchase.
The buyer-agent relationship is an important one in making a sound decision on the biggest investment most people will ever make. The buyer should never hesitate in calling the agent and asking lots of questions. Real estate agents are getting paid to do a service for the buyer, and they should be pleased to assist in making the best decision possible.
