Is This Diabetes Or Cancer(leukemia Or Lymphoma)?

Is this diabetes or cancer(leukemia or lymphoma)?
i have had two swollen lymph nodes under my neck and one behind my ear for about 5 weeks, it is slight over an inch. Recently i have been feeling a little fatigue and it some days its worse than others, today i cut back on all sugar and i felt a little bit better. I also have a little yeast infection on my to tongue. I have slight and very mild joint pain in my knees when i run (very mild) i also have slow healing cuts, i dont think i am actually out of breath. I am constipated and my poop looks green.( i eat a lot of salad) I am not sure if this is my mind or what but my urine smells like froot-loops sometimes, and i know this is strange but i tasted my urine and it tasted like a little salt with some sweet in it. Also i got a hemoglobin check 4 weeks ago and it was 13. Last week i had a tingling sensation in m legs and body, also the pins and needles sensation but i dont feel that really anymore. I also have one small red dot on my arm.
overall symptoms
-slight fatigue( some day worse than others)
-three swollen lymph nodes(one of them is about an inch, two of them are under my jaw, they are very soft and movable but also painless)
-sometimes i have i dry mouth
-no change in appetite( may have inreased)
-i don?t think i have lost any weight
- normally i urinate like 3-4 times per 24 hours now its like 7 times
- right now i dont really feal fatigue but i feel like sleeping
-also when its hot i feel like my symptoms get worse
-i also have been able to chug a lot more water at once like each hour while i am doing homework i will drink like 2-3 cups of water
-mono is going around and i got tested for that 4 weeks ago and it came back negative and instead i had strep throaght
My dad?s side of the family is very unhealthy as far as diabetes and heart-attacks, i am overall athletic, i have soccer practice like 2 hours a day.
