RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)- Following an interfaith prayer service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Saturday morning,?Mayor Dwight Jones was sworn in during a ceremony at city hall.
This happened at?12:00 p.m. Saturday?in the?Richmond City Council Chambers.
This is Mayor Jones'?second term in office.
